Every ventilator offers similar modes of ventilation—volume ventilation, pressure ventilation, and more. However, the programming and terminology associated with these modes can vary significantly across different ventilator manufacturers. Understanding these differences is crucial for ensuring successful patient transitions from one ventilator to another.

How does the referral program work?
Refer friends or fellow respiratory therapists (RTs) and unlock amazing rewards based on the number of people you refer:
• 10 Referrals = $50 Gift Card
• 25 Referrals = $125 Gift Card
• 50 Referrals = AirPods Pro
• 75 Referrals = AirPods Max
• 100 Referrals = iPad Air 128GB
What are the criteria of the referral program?
- A person (referee) can only be referred by only one person (referrer). We will count the first referrer that refers the referee. Any subsequent referrers of the same person will be disqualified.
- Both the referrer and referee have to complete all of the following before being counted as one referral eligible for reward:
a. Register to the webinar.
b. Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or leave us a review on Google.
c. Attend and finish the webinar.
d. Complete the assessment form at the end of the webinar. - The referee must be a Respiratory Therapist.
For purposes of the above, Referrer is a person who makes a referral/refers another (their friends, family and colleagues).
Referee is a person who is invited to a referral/ referred by another.
How many winners will there be?
There will only be one (1) winner of iPad Air 128GB.
There will be as many winners as possible for the referral program provided that they were able comply with the criteria set above.
If two or more people refer 10, 25, or even 100 people, all of them will receive the prize based on the number of referrals they made.
If a person refers 100 people and also wins the raffle giveaway as an attendee, that lucky person will receive two (2) iPad Air 128 GB both as a raffle winner and a referral award!
When will the winners be announced?
The winners will be announced on February 27, 2025 to allow checking whether the winners have complied with the required criteria above.
