What Is Neon?Neon is a very well known element, probably because of its distinctive reddish-orange glow. Neon is most commonly used for creating neon advertising signs but it can also be used to make high-quality lights for bright, long-lasting performance in cars. It is least commonly known to be used as a coolant for ultra-sensitive infrared imaging and detection equipment in the Aerospace Industry.Share
